GoRev Administrative Scheduling Rooms and Resources Settings Tutorial

Welcome to the GoRev Administrative Scheduling Rooms and Resources Settings Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of defining the Rooms and Resources Settings for the Scheduling Module as an Administrator in GoRev.

1 : Navigating to the Scheduling Window

In order to customize the Rooms and Resources Settings of the GoRev Scheduling Module, first, begin by clicking on the “Scheduling” button present in the Clinic Modules tab on the GoRev Homepage.

2 : Navigating to the Scheduling Settings Window

After the Scheduling window appears on your screen, please click on the “Manage Settings” button present in the Scheduling Toolbar.

3 : Navigating to the Rooms and Resources Section

At this point, the Scheduling Settings window will appear on your device. To continue, please navigate to the Rooms and Resources section of this window by clicking on the corresponding tab present on your screen.

4 : Navigating to the New Room and Resource Window

As an Administrator, you will have the ability to Create New Rooms and Resources, Edit Existing Rooms and Resources, and Delete Unwanted Rooms and Resources for the GoRev Scheduling Module. In order to create a New Room or Resource, first, begin by clicking on the “New” button present on your device.

5 : Entering a Room and Resource Name

Once the New Room and Resource window becomes visible, please enter a Name for your New Room or Resource into the field provided.

Then, click “Create”.

6 : Defining the Visit Type & Place of Service

At this point, the newly named Room or Resource will be present in the Rooms and Resources list on your screen. To continue, please click on the newly named Room or Resource from the list.

Next, click on the “Edit Room” button in this window.

After the “Edit Room” window becomes visible, please define the “Visit Type” and “Place of Service” for your Room or Resource using the corresponding field and drop-down provided.

7 : Finalizing Room or Resource Creation

Now, in order to finalize the creation of the new Room or Resource, please click on the “Save” button in this window.

8 : Selecting Room or Resource To Edit

In addition to creating new Rooms and Resources, you, also, have the ability to Edit Existing Rooms and Resources as an Administrator in GoRev. To begin, please select the Room or Resource that you require from the list present on your device.

If you have difficulty locating the Room or Resource that you require, please use the Search Field present on your screen to aid in your search.

9 : Editing the Selected Room or Resource

Now, click on the “Edit Room” button present in this window.

After the “Edit Room” window becomes visible, please Edit any of the information in this window that you require.

Once you are finished, click on the “Save” button on your screen.

10 : Selecting Room or Resource To Delete

In addition to editing existing Rooms and Resources, you, also, have the ability to Delete Unwanted Rooms or Resources as an Administrator in GoRev. To begin, please select the Room or Resource that you require from the list present on your device.

11 : Deleting the Selected Room or Resource

Now, click on the “Delete” button in the Scheduling Settings window.

After the Deleting Room window appears on your device, please finalize the Deleting process by clicking “Yes”.
