GoRev Charts Module

Welcome to the GoRev Administrative Charts Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of creating and editing charts as an Administrator in GoRev.

1 : Navigating to Manage Print Services Window

In addition to the creation of Standard Forms, as a GoRev Administrator, the Manage Print Services Module will, also, allow you to Edit Existing Form Templates, Copy Charts from Facilities, and Edit Charge Sheets. Manage Print Services will be utilized by various staff for all entered charges in your system.To begin, click on the Charts button located in the Configuration selection of the Admin Toolbar.



At this point, the Manage Print Services window will appear on your device. To begin, first, select an option in the Forms section.

Create a new system form

Click the New Chart Button as shown below. Then name your form and give it a category. FYI, the category is what you see as the bold underlined sections within the main charts page.

By default Charge Sheets are hidden, as to keep the common charts to more attention. To unhide charge sheets simply click Show Charge Sheets




After saving the name for your new chart, you should now see the below window:



Insert a background form (such as the BCBS CRF below) and start dragging and dropping fields. Click Save again and your new dynamic form is ready for use.

Generate a form

Click on the check boxes of one or more items. Then either click the Print or Generate PDF buttons as shown below.
