GoRev First Time User and Login Tutorial

Welcome to the GoRev First Time User and Login Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of logging into GoRev as a First Time User.

Note: If you need assistance with a particular portion of this tutorial, please use the Table of Contents on the left hand side of this screen to navigate to the topic that you require.

1 : Logging Into GoRev

Once you have received your GoRev Account Information from your Authorized Delegate, you are ready to Login to GoRev as a First Time User.

Launching GoRev

To begin, please Launch GoRev by double clicking on the GoRev Launcher icon on your device.

Selecting a Server

At this point, your Server Selection Screen will be visible. In this window, each Tile is a button that will allow you to Login to your GoRev Account for the corresponding workplace. To continue, please select the Server on your screen that you require

Note: If you have any additional questions regarding the Server Selection Screen, please see the GoRev Server Selection Tutorial.

Entering your GoRev Information

Once the GoRev Login Screen for the selected Server is present on your screen, please enter your GoRev Username and Temporary Password into the corresponding fields provided.

Finalizing the Login Process

Once you are finished, click on the “Login” button on your screen.

Now, after the GoRev Loading Bar becomes complete, please click on the “Launch GoRev” button on your device.

2 : Welcome to GoRev

At this point, the Welcome to GoRev window will be visible. In this window, you will be prompted to update your Password and Contact Information for GoRev.

Updating Your GoRev Password

To begin, please enter your New GoRev Password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields in this window.

Note: Your GoRev Password cannot contain your GoRev Username, must be at least 10 characters long, and must contain 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and/or a symbol.

Updating your Contact Information

After entering this information, you will be prompted to update your Contact Information. First, please verify and, if necessary, update your First Name and Last Name using the corresponding fields provided.

Second, please update or enter your Phone Number and Email Address into the corresponding fields in this window.

Note: Please verify that the Phone Number and Email Address entered are correct, as at least one is required to use GoRev's Forgot Password feature if you become locked out of your GoRev Account at any point.

Lastly, please specify the Contact Method or Methods you prefer that GoRev use during the Forgot Password process by clicking on the Email and/or Text SMS checkboxes in this window.

Saving Your GoRev Information

Once you are finished, please save your entered information by clicking on the “Save” button on your screen.
