GoRev Lookup Tables

To navigate to Lookup Tables first open the ADMIN tab, then click the configuration icon, and then LOOKUP TABLES(as shown below).

The LOOKUP LIST EDITOR module will now appear on your screen. To select the list relevant to your situation please click on the SELECT LIST drop-down menu and select from the list of options.

To add in a new item, please click on the NEW ITEM button located in the Lookup List Editor banner. Please remember to fill out all of the relevant fields. Once you have finished, click the SAVE ITEM button, also located in the banner.

To edit an existing item in a list, simply select an item from the ACTIVE LIST of available options. Upon selecting an item, the information will show in the CURRENT ITEM section. Make all necessary correction within this section and once completed click SAVE ITEM.

Lastly, you may remove an item from a list by highlighting the item you would like to remove and click the DELETE ITEM button in the Lookup List Editor banner.
NOTE: This cannot be undone once deleted.

Configuring colors in lookup table

GoRev now supports the ability to color code your coding or workflow statuses. You can update a specific status color code by going to Admin –> Configuration –> Lookup Tables –> Select either Followup Statuses or Coding Statuses and you will see the below. Simply click select color and pick a color.

Now that you have assigned colors you will see them show up in a new color column added to GoRev data grids in followup and coding modules
