GoRev Multi-Visit Patient Note Application Tutorial

Welcome to the GoRev Multi-Visit Patient Note Application Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of applying a Patient Note to Multiple Visits in GoRev.

1 : Navigating to the "Assign Comment to Visit" Window

As a GoRev User, you will have the ability to apply a Patient Note to Multiple Visits during the creation of a New Patient Note or the revision of an Existing Patient Note. To begin, please click on the “Apply to multiple encounters” button present in the Follow Up section of the “Comment” window.

2 : Locating the Search Filters

At this point, the “Assign Comment to Visit” window will appear on your screen. In this window, you will have the ability to apply the required Patient Note to a specific set of Patient Visits. To begin, please search for the Patient Visits that you require by utilizing either the “By Visit Range” or “By Date” search filters in this window.

3 : Utilizing the "By Visit Range" Filter

In order to search for the required Patient Visits by Visit Number, please begin by clicking on the “By Visit Range” button in this window.

4 : Selecting the Required Start and End Visit

Next, please select the Start Visit and End Visit that you require by utilizing the corresponding drop-down menus present on your device.

5 : Completing the Search Filtered "By Visit Range"

After selecting the Visit Range that you require, please click on the “Search” button on your screen.

6 : Locating and Selecting the Required Patient Visits

At this point, a list of all Patient Visits that are between the entered Visit Range will be present on the right side of the “Assign Comment to Visit” window. To continue, please select the Patient Visits that you require from the list.

If you would like to apply the Patient Note to all Patient Visits listed, please click on the “Affected Accounts” checkbox in this window.

7 : Finalizing the Note Application Process

Once you are satisfied with the selected Patient Visits, please finalize the Note Application process by clicking on the “Assign” button on your screen.

8 : Utilizing the "By Date" Filter

In addition to searching by Visit Range, the “Assign Comment to Visit” window will, also, allow you to search for the required Patient Visits by Date Range. To begin, click on the “By Date” button in this window.

9 : Entering the Required Start and End Date

Next, please enter the Start Date and End Date that you require into the corresponding fields present on your device.

10 : Completing the Search Filtered "By Date"

After entering this information, click on the “Search” button in this window to complete the search.

11 : Selecting the Required Patient Visits

At this point, a list of all Patient Visits that occurred between the entered Date Range will be present on the right side of the “Assign Comment to Visit” window. To continue, please select the Patient Visits that you require from the list.

12 : Applying the Patient Note to All Existing Visits

However, if you would like to apply the Patient Note to all of the Patient’s Existing Visits, please click on the “Add All Visits” button in this window.

13 : Completing the Note Application Process

Once you have selected the Patient Visits that you require, please finalize the Note Application process by clicking on the “Assign” button in this window.

14 : Appearance of the "Saving to multiple accounts" Area

At this point, the “Apply to multiple encounters” button in the “Comment” window will be replaced by a “Saving to multiple accounts” area.

15 : Utilizing the Edit Function

Now, in the event that you would like to edit the selected Patient Visits, please begin by clicking on the “Edit” button in this area.

16 : Editing the Selected Patient Visits

After the “Assign Comment to Visit” window becomes visible, please edit any of the information in this window that you require. Then, click on the “Assign” button in this window to save the changes made.

17 : Utilizing the Delete Function

Lastly, in the event that you no longer want the entered Patient Note to be applied to the selected Patient Visits, please begin by clicking on the “Delete” button present in the “Saving to multiple accounts” area of the “Comment” window.

18 : Completing the Delete Process

Once the “Clear Multiple Accounts” window becomes visible, please click “Yes” to continue the clearing process.
