GoRev Physician Creation Module

This page will describe the features of the Physician entry module. Click on the “Physicians” button located in the System Management section of the Admin Toolbar.



In the Patient Overview click the + icon next to the physician.



The below screen will appear:



Adding a new physician

There are two ways to enter a physician.

1. Search by NPI/State or First Name/Last Name/State and select a physician from the national NPI database.

2. Manually enter all data by filling out the fields in the “Physician Information” section.

Click the “Save Physician” button to save the physician to your unit.
