Results Overview Guide

This Guide will help you navigate and use all of the tools on the Results Overview Screen in GoRev.

Note: If you need assistance with a particular portion of this tutorial, please use the Table of Contents on the left hand side of this screen to navigate to the topic that you require.

1 : Getting Started

First lets navigate to Results by clicking Lab Modules then selecting Results.

If you can not open GoRev or are having trouble Logging in please Click Here and review our Guide on Logging in.

2 : Statuses and Types

The Results Screen should now be visible and awaiting input.
To start using the Options on this screen first select a Result from the Testing Results Table. Once a Result has been selected the Result will highlight.
To find a Specific patient use the Search option to search by Patient name, Date, Specimen ID or Office.

Now lets look at the Options you have on this screen. We will start with the Options located under the Quick Edits group.

1. Change Status :
The Change Status option allows you to quickly Edit the Currently Selected Results Status.

2. Set Type :

The Set Type option lets you Set the Currently Selected Results Type to either Urine or Swab.

3 : Filters

Next we will look at the Options located under the Status Filters and Additional Filters group.

3. Status Filters :
In this scenario we have applied the 'New' Status Filter by toggling on the New filter and clicking Update.

4. Specimen Filter:
In this scenario we have applied the Urine Specimen Filter so that we only see Results with a Type of Urine. We did this by clicking Specimen then toggling the Urine filter on and the Swab Filter off.
These filters are automatically applied when toggling either filter.

5. Completed Tests :
Complete Tests allows you to apply Filters to the Lab Test Results Table Such as Complete Confirms, Complete Validities, Complete Screens and more.

6. Incomplete Tests :
Incomplete Tests allows you to apply Filters to the Lab Test Results Table Such as Incomplete Confirms, Incomplete Validities, Incomplete Screens and more.

7. Clear :

The Clear option lets you clear any Search options and Status Filters that you have applied to view the Test Results Table unfiltered.

4 : Tools

Next we will look at the Options located under the Tools group.

8. Edit Result :
Edit Result allows for easy Editing of a Selected Result and Tests for the Corresponding Patient.
To do this we Select a Result from the Testing Results Table then click Edit Result, The Edit Result Screen should now be Visible.
You can now Edit the Selected Results Received / Approved Dates, Status and more. Here we can also Add or Edit a Test from the Lab Test Results Table.

9. Download Results :
Download Results allows for quick and painless Downloading of a Selected Result or All Results within the Testing Results Table.
To do this we simply select a Result from the Testing Results Table then click the Download Results button and choose either Selected Rows or All Rows then click Download.
This will Download the Selected Results as a .PDF file type.

10. Order :
Order allows you to Send an Electronic Order,View a Basic Order or Send out for One Source Toxicology.

11. Create Result :
Create Result does just that, It allows you to Create a Result that will show up in the Testing Results Table
To do this click the Create Result button and enter the Lab Reference, Date Received and what ever Type the Result is either Swab or Urine then click Create Result.

12. Lab Location Settings :
Lab Location Settings allows you to Hide certain Tests by Location.

Finally we will look at the Options located in the Navigation group.

13. Patient Overview :
The Patient Overview button allows you to view a Patients Details. To do this simply Select a Result of the Patient you need to view and click Patient Overview.
The Patient Overview Screen should now be visible. To find a patient you need quickly try using the Search tool.

14. Lab Order :
Lab Order allows you to view and put Orders in for the Selected Lab Test Result.

15. Custom Statuses (Admin Only) :
Custom Statuses allows an Admin to Edit, Add or Remove a Status Option in certain lists. To change lists simply click Select List and click on the list that you need in the drop down box.
