GoRev Orders Guide

1 : Getting Started

First lets navigate to Orders by clicking Lab Modules then selecting Orders.

2 : Tools and Options

The Orders Screen should now be visible.

Now lets look at the Options you have on this screen. We will start with the Options located under the Tools group.

1. Edit Order :
The Edit Order option allows us to Edit a selected Orders Information.

2. View Order :
The View Order option allows you to generate a paper requisition from the digital one and print if necessary.

3. View Forms :
The View Forms option allows you to Print certain Sheets for the selected Orders Patient.

Next lets look at the Options located under the Status group.

4. Mark As New :
The Mark As New option allows you to change the selected Orders Status to New.

5. Mark As Send Out :
The Mark As Send Out option allows you to change the selected Orders Status to Send Out.

6. Mark As Picked Up :
The Mark As Picked Up option allows you to change the selected Orders Status to Picked Up.

7. Mark As Received :
The Mark As Received option allows you to change the selected Orders Status to Received.

Next lets look at the Options located under the Search group.

8. Switch Date :
The Switch Date option allows you to Search for Orders from a specific Date.

9. Filter :
The Filter option allows you to Filter Orders by Status.

10. Refresh :
The Refresh options Updates the Orders Table so we can see up to date changes for Orders.

11. Find Order :
The Find Order options allows us to Search for a specific Order by Specimen Number or by Scanning a Bar Code.

and finally we can Export to a XLS File

12. Export XLS :
The Export XLS options allows us to Export all visible Orders in the table to a XLS File.
